This Tribeca residence was conceived as a full gut renovation, with JJID involved from the earliest stages of the project. Working closely with the client and project team, the scope included space planning, interior architecture, finish selections, custom millwork design, and furnishing throughout.

The design balances warmth and restraint through a refined palette of natural oak, dark walnut accents, soft stone, and blackened steel details. Expansive windows and clean architectural lines create a calm, light-filled backdrop for contemporary living, while carefully layered textures add depth and character throughout the home.
