JJID joined this project when construction was in-progress. We refined the home’s interior architecture and furnishings through a warm, understated material palette inspired by the client’s California roots. Light-toned woods, natural stone, and softly layered neutral textiles create a calm, cohesive atmosphere that balances modern simplicity with warmth and texture.

Custom millwork details, carefully proportioned architectural elements, and thoughtfully curated furnishings bring depth and refinement to the interiors, resulting in a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply livable.
